Customer Service Policy
- Items are sent based on availability of the item, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- garments are cleaned prior to being delivered to customers. Clothing is pre-worn, and we to provide products free of severe wear.
- Items are sent by parcel mail via Canada Post, and the cost of shipping is included in the borrowing price.
- Insurance may be purchased at $10/month to cover the cost of minor repairs
- If insurance is not purchased you will be charged for minor repairs (blown seams, wine stains, etc)
- Insurance does not cost major damages that can't be reasonably repaired. In the event that a garment is lost or destroyed, you will be charged the price of the garment.
- Your next parcel will be shipped to you once we receive notification from Canada Post that the one you are returning is on its way back.
- If when we receive it back we discover there are garments missing, (we will first contact you to find out why) you will be charged for the missing garments.
